Loss or theft of the NCard must be reported immediately to the NCard Office, either in person or by phoning 472-7331. After hours, loss or theft may still be reported by 472-7331 and leaving a message on the voicemail system or by going to Account Services and following the instructions to flag your card as lost (or found). Prompt action in reporting the missing card will protect the cardholder from improper charges on his or her account and other misuse of the card. The cardholder may be responsible for transactions made with the NCard until the loss or theft is reported to the NCard Office.
