Order Tracing

If merchandise has not been received from the vendor within the expected time frame, departments may request the order be traced by contacting the Customer Service Hotline: 472-5050. Please reference the purchase order number, date of purchase, vendor name, company/center, and item you wish to trace. We will contact the vendor immediately, and communicate with you as quickly as possible regarding the status of your order.
