• if less than $25,000.00 :: 1 to 4 weeks :: awarded by department
• if more than $25,000.00 and less than $75,000.00 :: 4 weeks minimum
• if more than $75,000.00 and less than $250,000.00 :: 4 -6 weeks minimum
• if more than $250,000.00 :: 45 -120 days
